Annual Progress Kit
What?

Due to popular demand, Key Data Systems has added two new reports to the Annual Progress Kit.

This Kit is designed to assist you in monitoring your district’s progress toward federal and state level goals and provides site level intervention lists to give administrators the information necessary to focus on individual students.

  • Estimated API/AYP (District/School)
Estimated reports include significant subgroup and grade level API for each school/district, and allow for decision making before school begins. The estimates are available just days after you receive your data from the state.

Sample API: Elementary School - Middle School - High School School
Sample AYP: Elementary School - Middle School - High School School
  • Three-Year High Stakes Testing Profile (District/School)
The Profile contains tables and graphs of STAR and CAHSEE data, allowing districts to study trends and make data-driven decisions. They also come with an easy-to-use guide to walk you through the report.

Sample: Three-Year High Stakes Testing Profile (District)
  • Five-Year API/AYP Achievement Gap Analysis (District/School)
Gap Analysis charts show the API/AYP gap between student subgroups over a 5 year period.

Sample: Five-Year API/AYP Achievement Gap Analysis
  • District-wide Multi-Year AYP Report (DMR)
The DMR is an at a glance report of the AYP data, displaying all schools for the entire district.
  • Accountability Progress Report (APR) (District/School)
The Accountability Progress Report displays up to 8 years of API/AYP cycle data on one page. This report includes participation and proficiency rates of all major subgroups and indications of what AYP targets were missed.

    Sample: Accountability Progress Report (APR)
  • AYP Projections with Safe Harbor and Intervention Lists (District/School)
Projections show how many students, above what you had in 2009, need to score proficient or advanced in order to make the ever-increasing AYP and Safe Harbor targets. A list of students who should be targeted is also provided for each site.

Sample: AYP Projections with Safe Harbor and Intervention Lists
  • CMA Reports (School)
Every school site receives a list showing all students who qualify for CMA, along with multiple year proficiency level progress of students taking the CMA. Additionally, sites are provided with information IEP teams need to know to determine proper testing placement for students.

    Sample: CMA Reports
  • Estimated AMAO 1 & 2 (District)
Each year, districts must make Annual Measureable Achievement Objectives (AMAO) for Title III accountability. We provide AMAO 1 and AMAO 2 estimates, which give the percent and student count of ELs making annual progress and percent of ELs in a defined cohort achieving English proficiency on the CELDT. The estimated data allows the district to prepare for any notifications that will need to be sent within 30 days of the public release of the Title III Accountability reports in the event that one or more of the three AMAOs in any year is not met. Additionally, the Estimated AMAO report allows for a more in-depth look at how their EL population performed on CELDT.
