Custom Reports
►Why?

Custom Reports aim to:

  • Allow schools/districts to answer their unique questions using high-stakes test results or district-level assessment results.
►What?

Custom data reporting is a process that enables a district to look at test results in a number of ways. For example, customized reports can allow the school/district to see what testing results for a school or district might look like when there is a boundary change, a new school(s) is added to (or subtracted from) a district, or for some other reason a report is desired using an enrollment different from what is available in the standard state data files. Example: Estimated API and AYP, School Profiles, etc.

We can help with everything from design to data collection with the end result a customized report intended to provide answers to your questions about a current program or practice at your school/district.

►How?

We create reports tailored to your needs:

  • In collaboration with Key Data Systems, the district comes up with relevant questions they wish to have answered.
  • The district provides Key Data Systems with a data file of the students to be included in the customized report.
  • Key Data Systems matches the provided enrollment file to the necessary test result files (STAR, CAHSEE, CELDT, etc.) in order to generate the requested reports.
