To ensure the accuracy of your data, we review it prior to submission and give you the opportunity to investigate and correct any anomalies. We specialize in working with California assessment data and have formulated a systematic, error-resistant process for compiling your Pre-ID file.

►How?

Our Pre-ID Services involve several important steps:

  • Compile a profile of the data requirements for the district.
  • Obtain data files.
  • Perform an extensive review of the data in order to ensure it's complete, valid, and internally consistent.
  • Provide school- and district-level verification reports to confirm the accuracy of compiled data prior to submission.
  • Submit the Pre-ID file to the testing company.
When you Pre-ID your data, it gives you the opportunity to identify and correct any anomalies.
