We offer four distinct steps to our process, each containing specific solutions that may be applied individually or as part of a comprehensive suite:

Validate

First, you have to start with accurate data. This includes our Data Cleaning, Pre-ID services, Data Corrections, and SIS Data Verification.

Review

By reviewing your Estimated API/AYP (District/School), Three-Year High Stakes Testing Profile (District/School), CELDT Analysis, or Custom Reports, we can help you to better understand your student population.

Evaluate

We offer a variety of evaluation tools to help you better understand your data. Our Program Evaluation and Grant Writing services put our focused experts to work for you. Our Surveys, ELSSA, and APS/DAS services generate usable reports that aid decision making. By evaluating your programs using our services, such as APS and DAS, we’re able to inform you of program viability, scope, implementation, and effectiveness.

Guide

Formative instructional guidance is the fourth and final key to our process. Our INSPECT® item bank and our Test Library are based on California content standards and give you access to the highest-quality results available. Professional Development services offer both in-person and budget-minded online meetings and collaborations. Finally, our Intervention Lists identify the students in your school or district who need the most help.
